Lawn weeds are very overgrown. And there's a pile of tree branches on south part of property been there for a couple weeks now. Seem tenants moved out of this Pendragon Properties shit-rental because the landlords would not do anything about mold growing in the house. Imagine that.
Trash in yard
Property at: 1301 South Stull. Over grown. The only time the property got mowed this year was when I did it myself ... once. Owner Steve lives in Basement. Door on North Side if you can find it! Seriously. Rents out the top floor. Considerable garbage on side of house. All summer 3-4 people lived upstairs. While Steve lived down. 4-5 people living in a 3 unrelated situation. Over the past 45 days it has been down to 3 unrelated. But overgrown and trash remain. thank you.
Large tree branch in yard. Trash in driveway, some orange and white trash. Gutter in lawn on side of house.
A tall plywood fence is being installed between the houses at 1000 and 1002 East Atwater in order to provide an area for drinking/partying. These "fence" panels are removed and stored during city business hours on the deck adjoining the house at 1002 East Atwater. These are the dates the fence has appeared: 8/23, 8/24, 8/25, 8/26 8/31, 9/2, 9/3, 9/4, 9/8, 9/9, 9/14, 9/15. In addition to hiding large crowds of kids drinking, the party area draws increased traffic, trash, noise and the possibility of the "fence" falling and injuring someone. In spite of the fact that the property owner and tenants have been notified that the fence is not allowed it is repeatedly put up and removed to facilitate crowds and loud parties. Would the city please take some action to prevent this from continuing?
This "temporary" fence has gone up every weekend since the end of August 2017, and the photo here is from today (Sat.Sept.16). It is held up by begs of sand or concrete(?), and pails with cinderblocks on them. The fence is made of plywood boards not attached to each other but resting on the aforesaid "supports". As the boards are large and heavy, it is likely they could hurt someone should they tip over during one of the many loud parties the fence enables. The fence also enables the partiers to avoid being seen by the police when passing by looking for the source of the loud parties and allows the partiers to espy the police cars coming to shut down their parties. Please inform the occupants of the house that they should not erect this fence, not only for the danger to passersby and to themselves, but because they requested permission to build such a fence from the Bloomington Historic Preservation Commission in June 2017 and permission was refused.
Big tree branch fallen in yard for over a week now, plus some trash
They've had a purple bin laying out in their yard near the sidewalk for over a week now
#161127 Assigned to: Dee Wills. 1301 South Stull. UPDATE> Rented tenets simply moved all there rubbish to the back yard. So... they will simply never do the right thing. They will end up moving... and leaving the back yard unusable. Meanwhile ... We have rats in the neighborhood now. and Steve the landlord that lives downstairs is simply incapable. So... as a update... its all been moved to the back yard. thanks!
