The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. The fiber optic installation in the neighborhood appears to be over, but they left an orange conduit sticking out of the ground at the NE corner of Wasjington/Cottage Grove intersection.

The Walnut Street bike lane (starting around the intersection with 11th street) has been all torn up for quite some time now. When will this be repaired?

I'll admit that this isn't one of the more extreme instances of "excessive growth" by any means, but it nonetheless reaches beyond the property and obstructs a portion of the sidewalk. The other day I had to pass by another person here and essentially found myself walking through plants/bushes.
