The entrance to the alley between 725 S. and 701 S. Highland is a wreck with a steep step off that included a sheared off street level. And the concrete is broken up with a muddy base up to the line of the alley-city sidewalk. Also the curb from 701 S. to the alley is broken and muddy. Additionally the entrance to the same alley from Jordan Ave. is also broken, but less so.

I walk to work daily and need to cross Third St. at Rose Ave. Is there any chance of having a crosswalk at this intersection? It is often very difficult to cross with the sometimes long lines of traffic coming from both directions. Finding a break in the traffic and competing with traffic turning onto Third from Rose is often very dangerous. Also, since I walk on Rose heading north from Hunter, I am forced to walk on the road until I reach Third St. What are the chances of having sidewalk installed on Rose south of Third? "new 7th street extension" Hello, I am a cycling commuter. I go from the east side to the west side of town and use 7th street and the new tunnel under bypass. The new 7th street connection to this tunnel has an extra high "lip" on the sidewalk/driveway entrance to this tunnel. If you could shave it down to create a more gentle slope for skinny bike tires it would make the ride from the road into the tunnel (going east) much safer. thank you.

In the alley between caveat emptor and the jewelry store-- very close to (and visible from ) the sidewalk on Walnut. Very large on one side, smaller on the other, needs to be painted over ASAP. I own the building at 118 N. Walnut. Thanks.
Two white males were observed using chalk to write ideological/hate graffiti on the sidewalk in from of Merrill Hall on the IU campus at around noon on Saturday July 13, 2013. The messages included obscene language and were directed at feminists, modernists, and homosexuals. Each message ended withe the URL TRADYOUTH.ORG. I was seated nearby as the vandalism took place and took two photographs as they were writing, but I can't upload the photos using this mobile site. After they left my husband and I used water to obliterate the obscene portions of the messages. Is someone can send me an email address I will forward rhe photos.
