Winding Way, Kingsley/Valleyview and a few spots on Briarcliff in Fritz Terrace need to be resurfaced. Might be easy to include in Kinser Pike resurfacing project currently. Specific pothole spots include: 1012 Winding Way, intersection of Winding Way and Stonycrest, 912,1141, 1132, 1122, 1112, 1102, 1031, 3351 Winding Way; 3401, 3431, 3451, 3501, 3501, 3521, 3621, 3711, 3232, 3212, 3101 Kingsley, Kingsley and Briarcliff, Kingsley and Meadow; 3402, 3342, 3332, 3311 Valleyview; and 1121 Briarcliff. The view of oncoming traffic is obscured at this intersect by the residences. I have not been in or witnessed a collision, but I believe that safety is a concern. I believe that any misfortune might be mitigated with the posting of stop signs or the placement of convex traffic mirrors. The surrounding residences are property of Indiana University. I am a lessee of one of these properties- 824 1/2 East Cottage Grove Avenue.

The pedestrian crosswalk buttons are not working properly at the intersection of 10th & Jordan this morning. In particular, the westbound crossing button on the southeast corner did not activate the pedestrian crossing light through several cycles at approx. 9:10am. I didn't confirm, but it looked like other buttons/directions were having similar problems. Was working fine yesterday.

In the alley between caveat emptor and the jewelry store-- very close to (and visible from ) the sidewalk on Walnut. Very large on one side, smaller on the other, needs to be painted over ASAP. I own the building at 118 N. Walnut. Thanks.
