eSuite utilities site is throwing an error when logging in to the site with bill information

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. I need pay just a small car, because a choose small cart . Is there somebody help me with other adjustment and fix my bill again. Monroe county Bloomington Indiana22/2018.

I did not receive my bill this month and it is not on the website, but I already made my payment with a surcharge, only the balance due appears. I have had months of harassment on my account first charging me 28 to 40 dollars in my bill, the cover of my water meter was out of place for days and then I went to the office where they shouted to me that it was my fault the wrong size of my garbage cart and now not only does not get my receipt, you do not put it on the internet paging for me to know, now that you are charging me. Someone knows why and can inform me?

Hi, My roommate and I have been experiencing skin problems (i.e. dryness, flaking and a lot of sudden acne when we both have never had acne) for the past couple weeks and we have ruled out any other changes we have made. We were notified by our landlord that the city of Bloomington was making changes in the water system, and when we went home out of state for a week, the skin problems resolved. A large front window on this home has been busted. This makes Grant Street Inn guests and people in the neighborhood feel unsafe.

The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in. There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given. This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you. Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord. Thanks for your time.

Exposed garbage, rats and other animals opening bags of garbage at 710 E. Cottage Grove, which is next to a state-licensed day care facility. Also, speeding traffice on E. Cottage Grove, no sidewalk crossing or slow speed or children playing signs at this intersection.
