Hello, I'm reaching out on behalf of my employer Hanapin Marketing. We currently reside in the Showers complex at 501 N. Morton Street, and our employees share the Showers Red Parking Lot with County employees. Over the last 6 months, we have all noticed a rise in crime in the parking lot, particularly with theft. I've attached several police reports that have been filed in the last few months to support these claims. These are the incidents that were reported to the police, however, there have been others as well that were never filed. For example, in early January one of our employees had his door handle ripped off his car entirely. We are hoping that the city will notice this trend and assist us in our request to advocate for higher security and/or additional patrols in that area to deter thefts. This house falls into several catagories: yard waste, trash, overgrowth, parking. You need a category for House looks inhabitable. Supposedly the case on this house is closed. They have done nothing but pile a bunch of limbs up around the yard. This is NOT landscaping. Basically the yard waste is permanently piled in the front yard. Lots of junk piled in front of house too. Cars parked in street even though there is a driveway. Would be more room if they cleaned up the junk in it.

6 Bus 0554 Today (4/25/17) blew past the stop at 10th and college at approximately 1:40 PM. There were students and other passengers such as myself standing at the side of the road. The bus raced over the hill at 10th street and ran right past us.
