Just a question regarding the signal at 10th and the Bypass, specifically when a train is passing, just south of the intersection: why is eastbound traffic not given a green light? It makes sense that southbound traffic at that intersection shouldn't get a green light until the train has passed, but I'm uncertain why traffic on 10th, heading straight east, is held up when there's a train. One of the houses near us pumps their water on to the street as well as Alice street, creating ice and slush. At least five cars have gotten stuck on the street in the past two days.

Our water hasn't been working since Sunday. The employee who came out then said the pipe was frozen from meter to main and that a crew would be out. A crew has not been out today and I am trying to find out when one will be and when we can expect to have water on again.

It is my plan to develop my 5 lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that unless I have help with enforcing certain codes. 1209 W. 11th has garbage, rubbish, old lawnmowers, and other detritus stacked on and around the house and property. I actually think the house may be abandoned and is being used as a trash dump. Regardless of the section of town, we property owners don't like our property value destroyed by places like this. Please help us by forcing a clean up. Thank you.
It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.
