A utility cut was made at this intersection west of Upland Brewing. The work appears to be completed, but the repair of the cut leaves the cut edges too high causing severe stress to my cars suspension even if I try to go over it slowly. When will this intersection either be repaved of the utility cut filled in so that the pavement is smoother going over it? Thank you for your fine (and I go mean it) work.
Hi again, you know its me ;-) The graffiti is back on the overpass on Rogers just north of the Rogers and 11th St. intersection. Places that were cleaned up have graffiti painted over them. There is the word "ORDEAL" written on the west wall and various other fresh taggings that really mean nothing to me except they are ugly. This area of town is in an ascension period and this overpass will probably need to be watched carefully. I will help. You don't need to contact me when you have had time to touch it up. Residential properties behind the High Point commercial property at 702 N Walnut have been having constant issues with poison ivy all summer, as well as last summer. It is constantly spreading into our backyards from the High Point property. I've reported this issue to HAND several times this summer, yet the property has still not been cleaned up (or it is cleaned up once, and then promptly ignored again.) At what point can this go to the Board of Public Works for abatement?
It would be nice if there were a calender of events at Bryan Park and Bryan Park pool. If there is it is so well hidden that I could no find it. The park web site says that there are many events at the pool and park but does not list when they occur.

Construction trucks created this pothole months ago. With the recent rain, it has only gotten worse, even though most of the construction is finished. (I am the president of the Rosewood HOA Board.)
I have two issues to report. The first, the previous landlord Tom Gallagher, used the alley behind his rental property, 712 W. 8th St, to dump debris from various repair projects on the property. The current owners have continued to dump their yard waste, as have the people at the northwest corner of Fairview and 8th. It is now impossible to even walk through the alley because the debris is waist high. Twice in the past few weeks the power has gone out due to the weight vines growing on the power lines behind the house. The last outage is costing me almost $500.00 to have my refrigerator repaired after the power surge that occurred when the power came back on. In addition Mr Gallagher constructed a fence in the alley that has made it impossible for trucks or even large cars to pull into my driveway. I have had delivery people who can't or won't attempt to deliver items to my home that were once perfectly doable. Can you please evaluate this situation as this situation has now cost me considerable money in lost services and un-sucessful delivery charges. It is also a home to insects and vermin.
