Hello,
If you are not the correct contact, would you please forward this as appropriate?
I am a faculty member at the School of Education. I walk to work daily and need to cross Third St. at Rose Ave. Is there any chance of having a crosswalk at this intersection? It is often very difficult to cross with the sometimes long lines of traffic coming from both directions. Finding a break in the traffic and competing with traffic turning onto Third from Rose is often very dangerous.
Also, since I walk on Rose heading north from Hunter, I am forced to walk on the road until I reach Third St. What are the chances of having sidewalk installed on Rose south of Third?
Thanks for considering this.
Hannah

North side of building someone crossed over the fence and spray painted the side of the building. On the opposite side of the building facing 4th street....we have more graffiti which looks to be a tag.

Hello,
I live on Rogers where the road construction has been going on. While the construction so far has been annoying, it has been bearable and hasn't intruded on daily life functioning.
The past two morning I have been woken at 6 am to extremely loud construction outside my window. 7 am was annoying, but bearable, but 6 am is just insanity. It wasn't even light out this morning at 6 am! I am ill and trying to recover and being woken at 6 am when I don't have to be awake for work until 8 am is just rude.
Please, is it at all possible to wait until 7 am to start construction? At least it's a reasonable hour.
Thank you,
Rachel Matthews

Have spoken with the Urban Forester, Lee Huss, and reported that, most unfortunately, the old sugar maple at the NE corner of my property appears to have died. The entire canopy of leaves has gone brown and is falling, the trunk and root base is shedding bark, and small to medium sized limbs are starting to fall. This tree is a city tree so I would like to begin the process of having it put in the schedule for removal (of course, after final confirmation of its apparent demise). I am concerned about the impact any fall storms and winter snowstorms will have on the dead limbs and trunks that are just above my home and bedroom. The address is 1115 W. 6th St. BTW, might also have a look at its twin maple, on the NW corner of the property too. It hasn't gone brown, but continues to loose limbs and appears to be in decline(?). Thank you, Jens Ksander

There are no lights on the entire block of our street. It is a very dangerous situation, especially walking at night.

On 8th St. in between Dunn and Indiana there are absolutely no street lights and it is pitch black at night. One block up the street (towards Grant) there are some but none on our side.

Good morning!
I wanted to get in touch with the webmaster in regards to your Green Building Resources page (http://bloomington.in.gov/green-building-local-resources). I noticed you have a lot of really great resources available already so I would hope that you would consider adding an additional eco-friendly source: Empire Today (http://empiretoday.com/products/eco-friendly-flooring). They offer flooring made from recycled material and Green window treatment as well. Empire also has a Low Price Guarantee for those looking for save money on their building or remodeling costs. I think adding this resource to your list would greatly benefit your site's visitors and complement your existing list.
I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts and thank you for your time!
Best regards,
Anna
