Please remove dead skunk in front of Forest Quad on 3rd Street.
my dog was attacked by my neighbor's loose husky three times in a long block while they were unable to catch or restrain the dog. I believe this dog to be dangerous and aggressive, and I do not believe it should be off leash at any time. I am a cancer patient and do not have the power to fight off an aggressive animal, and do not believe I should have to stop walking in my neighborhood to accommodate this animal. I complained by letter to the owners immediately after the incident (I have oral cancer and I can not speak). They told me the dog is not aggressive, so clearly, they do not understand my point of view, and doubtless, do not intend to keep the animal restrained. Please contact me by email for the address, thank you for your assistance.
For the past 2 days one of my neighbors dogs has been outside barking/howling has no shelter form of shelter, no access to food and water, neighbors haven't been there or haven't been there long enough to take care of him. His dog cable has been caught up in twigs and such so its all tangled up. Its not the first time this has happen back during the summer they did this to him. I think someone should seriously check into this. He was in the pouring down rain today, and its now getting cold because of temp. dropping. Please have someone check on him! the address is 918 N Woodburn Ave. he is chained to the back porch. Thanks!
The family of beavers appear to have moved into the detention pond on Tapp Rd. and South Adams Street. They have leveled several trees and are plugging up both the inlet for the neighborhood drainage and the outlet which allows the water to leave the pond. They have stuffed they incoming water pipe very full and water is backing up on the north side of west Adams Hill. This issue appears to be getting worse by the day.
The following complaint was also sent to the city for the trash issue. I am sending it to you about the animal issues mentioned. Thank you ---------------------------------------------- 702 West Allen (rental) 1126 South Fairview 1112 South Fairview (rental) The houses listed above continually have a buildup of trash in their yard. 614 West Allen The yard looks like a junk yard. The continuous supply of trash lying around has attracted pests and dogs to dig in to it. So garbage gets all over the neighborhood. One of the pests that the trash is attracting is skunks. My dog has been sprayed once and I have had a few close calls. This past Saturday a pit bull came out of a large pile of trash and kept barking at me and my infant soon trying to defend his treasure. This is my second complaint about trash in this neighborhood (the first time was just about 702). I wish to stay anonymous about my complaints so I don’t make enemies out of my neighbors, especially the ones that own their houses. So please help me resolve this problem. Thank you, Eric Brown

Jeanette Schuler, 2389 Winding Brook Circle, continually has her dog Teddy off leash. This morning it was on my deck barking at my dog indoors. She can't clean up after her dog if she is not there or cannot see him
