To whom it may concern, Hello, My name is John Rodriguez. I'm a student from Mount Pleasant High School in Northeast Texas. For our Engineering Program, a couple of students and I, have been aiming to place a concrete slides in one of our local parks. We've contacted a manufacturer and asked for a list of previous customers who own one similar to the one we are considering. Thus I am here with an inquiry. We are compiling a list of comments and reviews for the embankment concrete slide so we can present it to our city for better consideration from them. The bike path along Sare Road south of the intersection with Olcott is rapidly deteriorating due to continuous water flow over the path that washes dirt, branches and rocks onto the path. Something needs to be done to divert this water away from the path. In the winter the water freezes, leaving the path coated with a sheet of ice. Very dangerous for bikes and pedestrians.

In reference to case #158545 regarding Park Ridge Park, we looked at the park and the mulch cover appears to be unchanged since the case was closed. There is still a general lack of mulch and several bare spots underneath the playground structure. Also, the first mowing occurred, which is great. Unfortunately, it has revealed bare spots in the grass surrounding the playground, in particular along the north west side of the park. Leaves were piled in that area over winter (and several other areas) and the grass has not come back. Could grass seed/straw be put down in that sloped area northwest of the playground structure as well as other areas that need it? Thank you.

I started using the Clear Creek Trail about 3 yrs ago and was impressed with the way it was maintained. Last summer and so far this year not a lot of attention has been given to upkeep.no one seems to be mowing or cleaning the trail after a high wind when limbs have been blown down. One place that keeps getting worst is as the trail turns and runs along Rockport Rd. There is a large brush pile that has been there for the three years I have been using the trail and now it's starting to push a little more out onto the trail. There has been several limbs, some big enough to block the trail and I personally have removed the just so I could use the trail. This past winter the trash cans were full and the contents was blowing out onto the trail. It would be nice if you could give a little more attention to this matter. Thank you

on the b line trail, on the east side just south of lamp post 7, there is a piece of rebar sticking up about 1" out of the gravel. This is a hazard. I expect you could use a small sledge and a punch of sorts to push it well below the surface. Mike
