I am sensitive to the needs of the unhoused and the city needs to be doing much more to protect them and provide them safe living spaces, but it is frustrating to me that I cannot walk my dog in any of the parks near me (Bryan park, switchyard) without feeling unsafe because of homeless people yelling at and following me. Bryan park used to be a safe park.

Hello.
There is a parking lot behind my property that is part of an apartment complex on 14th. It generates a great deal of run off such that every time it rains, my yard floods. I've called before but have not received a response. My question is this. Shouldn't there be a drain in the parking lot?
Thanks
Kevin

Hello.
There is a utility pole that looms over my house in the alley way that connects to my driveway. It has substantially eroded at the bottom, and I'm worried that it will topple. Can someone come out and take a look, please?
Thanks
Kevin
