On August 21st, I reported a homeless camp at Wapehani Park. It was examined and reported back to me that the camp was on private property. I found this quite strange, because it is on a trail that has a difficulty marker at the beginning of the trail. It totally looks like the other trails in the park and there's absolutely no way to tell it's private property. At any rate, the homeless people have moved on and have left a large amount of trash in what I believe is the park. There are probably 15+ large bags worth of trash - clothes, books, pans, papers, etc. My original report was 165599. I really hope someone will look, because I really don't think what I'm describing is on private property. Thanks for your consideration!

I wanted to ask the city to consider re-repairing the section of the Rails to Trails trail between the roundabout near Church Lane and Country Club road.
Whoever attempted to "repair" that section several weeks ago either did not know what they were doing or did not care. I actually watched them put the initial layer of loose gravel down and it was obvious that the workers had never done that kind of thing before on a trail.
The loose gravel used to "repair" some low spots has become a "death trap" for unsuspecting bikers. I am an experienced biker and almost went down on my mountain bike.
An attempt was made to cover this loose gravel with a mixture of crushed and packed limestone, but that has become a bumpy mess.
PLEASE get someone to properly repair this section before someone is seriously injured.

The path surrounding the parking lot of the Winslow Sports Complex needs to be repaved.
It is worn to the nub, cracked and uneven. It is a hazard to elderly and infirm people (of whom I am one). I walk there every day, several times a day. There are many of us who do this. During baseball games, there are also many parents and grandparents who have to walk this path.
You are just waiting for a lawsuit if this goes unrepaired.
Thank you.

Many of humans at the Ferguson Dog Park do not know how to use the T-valve to turn on the water, or that spray will cool and clean their dog.
Please post instructions, or use a magic marker to point the way.

Wanted to see if the parks and rec department could come take a look at the Beech tree on the north side of Maxwell (marker used above). Several really large dead branches that are dangerously falling in a piecemeal way. The overall health of the tree is in steady decline, and it may be easier for the city to remove it now before it is completely rotten.
Thanks!

The web page for Frank Southern Ice Arena (link below) has an outdated link in the green button labeled "Visit Calendar." The link opens last year's calendar; it should open the calendar for the current year.

I found a syringe just a foot or two off the B-Line Trail in a clump of spearmint growing behind the orange building at 7th and Madison. Ironically, the syringe was orange too. I left it there, because I am not trained in handling syringes, but it should probably get picked up and disposed of properly.
Thanks,
Yael

Could you please tell me where I can find the pdfs listed on page 39 of the Switchyard Park Master Plan? For example, I would like to access this report: https://bloomington.in.gov/media/media/application/pdf/57.pdf. It appears to be no longer available, and nor do others on the page.
Thank you.
