The traffic lights on College Mall Rd between Moores Pike and 3rd St have changed recently. All of these lights are fully active (red, yello, green) before 6:00 AM now which is a change within the last 2 weeks or so. No-one is at the mall before 6:00 AM yet the light is fully functional. Additionally, the light at Covenanter has active left turn arrows in all directions even when no traffic is turning left. Again this is all before 6:00 AM I am on this road 4 of 5 week days and there is not nearly enough traffic to justify these lights before 6:00 AM Thanks, Jan

There is a hole in the pavement at the intersection of Ruby and Covenanter, where there is a seam in the pavement. Very annoying when you turn onto Ruby from Covenanter.

Traffic light at College Mall Rd and Covenanter Drive is not cycling properly. The left turn loops or cameras are not working properly for traffic turning left from College Mall Rd onto Covenanter. The light is only allowing three to four cars to turn left for just six seconds. This causes southbound traffic on College Mall Rd to back up all the way to Burger King.

The Leaf Pickup Crew just knocked over my mailbox--and then drove off. 4 of them stood around the mailbox, looking at it, and then decided to lean it up against a tree. Then they moved on. Street light out in the middle of the 300 block on the west side of Lincoln. It is an acorn light in the middle of the block just north of 7th street and the alley.

Streetlight out at corner of Highland and East 1st Street. Very dark, lots of foot traffic, very dangerous situation. Please fix ASAP
