I received a phone call today saying that the potholes I reported last week had been repaired. After inspecting the area at around noon I found this not to be the case. I suspect the person who evaluated the situation was noticing that some alley repair had been completed in the spring/summer at the street entrance however about ten to twenty yards up from the street entrance is where the problem area is. Old pavement has crumbled away and cars are bottoming out. To remind you of the location, this is the first alleyway on the south side of 6th street east of Adams. It is a very high traffic alley way due to the fact that there is off street parking for several apartments on Kirkwood behind my house (1221 W. 6th). If you follow the alley way around to the left (exiting on Pine Street) you will find many more problem spots. I hope these issues can be addressed soon before the really bad weather arrives. There are numerous very bad potholes in the alley behind IU's Emeriti House, between Faculty Lane & Hawthorne St. Traffic is very heavy in this narrow alley and the pothole situation is dreadful.

There are several potholes in the alleyway that is between Adams and Pine. This is the alley adjacent to my house at 1221 W. 6th street (Grey House/Red Door). This is a high traffic area because it serves as access to the rear parking areas for several apartments on Kirkwood. The alley is on the south side of the street. it curves around and meets with Pine street. There are potholes at both ends of the alley. Some repairs were made in the spring/summer but it will need new gravel or asphalt before Winter. Thank you for your attention to this.

There's a HUGE pothole on South Dunn (far east side of the road) just north of Smith Avenue.

A very large pothole, probably at least 14 inches across and maybe almost a foot deep. Difficult to avoid due to congestion in that area. On east side of the road.

The surface of the street is breaking up at the foot of my driveway causing my driveway to separate from the street. My address is 553 N. Plymouth Road.
