Trash

Re: https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=161791 Closed by Kenneth Liford We don't think this case is closed. There are 2 trash containers in front of the house on First at the corner of Henderson (house number is not visible: next to what looks like 52?. One is on the sidewalk, one is on the grass. Seen on Thursday at about 5 pm! These tenants are repeat offenders, otherwise we would not bother to bring it to your attention.

A neighbor on our street has not put his trash cans up after weekly pick up since the project began. City ordinance says the trash cans must be removed from the street side within 24 hours of pick up. Can someone in sanitation check up on this? The address is 1640 E Maplecrest Dr. Thank you.

Norman and code enforcement department, Park Ridge needs your assistance again on this same address please. 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention The house is not being cared for and has become a flophouse for the homeless and drug users. The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? Please help! Excessive Growth

Case Date:
2/2/2018

I live at 812 W 2nd St. My next door neighbor lives at 820 W. 2nd St. Her back yard is overgrown and has containers that fill with water. In warm weather these containers breed mosquitos. I can't even go outside in the summer because the mosquitos are so bad. Also, she won't cut her grass along 2nd St. She says it is flowers, but it is weeds. I have seen rats in there. Also it is a traffic hazard because cars turning on to 2nd St. from Euclid St. can't see oncoming traffic. I am also sending a copy of this email to the State Board of Health in Indianapolis.
