I am part of the Executive Committee of the Eastside Neighborhood Association, and we have had several neighbors report difficulties with trash at 707 S. Clifton Ave. This week there is trash and recycling left by the curb, with the tenants evidently out of town. If this is in violation of local ordinances, we ask that the city please respond appropriately. Thank you for your response.

This house falls into several catagories: yard waste, trash, overgrowth, parking. You need a category for House looks inhabitable. Supposedly the case on this house is closed. They have done nothing but pile a bunch of limbs up around the yard. This is NOT landscaping. Basically the yard waste is permanently piled in the front yard. Lots of junk piled in front of house too. Cars parked in street even though there is a driveway. Would be more room if they cleaned up the junk in it.

Possible unauthorized rental/leasing arrangement at 3620 W. Race St., Bloomington, IN 47403. This year I have noticed three short term , out of state, visitors at the described property that appear to be in a room rental agreement with the owner. Typical stay is about one month. Not sure if this an approved activity but worth making sure it's within compliance. We're not overly fond of not knowing who are short term neighbors are. The police have been contacted on two occasions for suspicious activity, possibly related to drugs.

501 Mitchell.
there still is trash in the back yard, visible from the Hunter foot path. This is a health hazard and encourages vermin. Bags have been visibly ripped open by creatures. This was reported a couple of weeks ago already. Nothing seems to have changed since then.
