The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. Three wks ago I reported to HAND trash all around Elkins Apts. Problem still not resolved: blowing party trash, beer cans, etc. in front; blowing trash from trash receptacles in back, around parking lots. A real neighborhood eyesore.

111 east 9th street - several ripped up bags of trash in front of garage.

There are several sidewalk cuts along Washington Street in front of the AT&T building that are covered with smooth metal pieces. These metal covers provide absolutely no traction when wet and are very dangerous for pedestrians. Can these please be replaced with the more common covers that have raised ridges to provide some traction?
