There needs to be improved lighting on Law Lane on the sidewalks of both sides of the street between the SRSC and the 10th street parking lot so that students are visible as they are getting ready to cross the street and while they are crossing the street. In addition, it would be extremely helpful to have a marked crosswalk across Law Lane from the SRSC to the 10th Street parking lot that has reflective paint on it or has reflectors on the ground so it is visible when lights shine on it and so students have a clearly marked area in which they should cross. I had to drive this way in the fall many evenings when it was dark and it scared me to death. The lighting was so poor that I had to practically come to a stop in this area to see whether there were students getting ready to cross the street.
Thank you for your consideration!

Some kids got into the the barn at Schmalz Farm Park a week or two ago and left a "window" open. Now other people are going in and out. Not sure how many or for what purpose, but we can tell by the movements of a bucket they use as a stool. Mainly kids exploring probably, but who knows.

Erosion: South side of Winslow heading East just before the hill leading to the Round-About. Some small white stone would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I discovered a very young fawn lying in a flower bed on the north side of my home which appears to be near death.
I have been unable to reach animal control. What do you suggest?

Corner of 3rd and Jordan has extremely erratic traffic pattern. Most drivers treat it as a four way stop but many don't. As a result, it is very difficult to judge when to proceed if traveling north and south on Jordan. In addition, if east/west is treated as a flashing yellow, you can sit for several minutes waiting to proceed north or south.

People either do not see the new stop sign placed at 10th and Smith Rd or are just ignoring it. I have nearly been t-boned coming on and off Smith onto 10th, and had people try to drive around me when turning right in the turn lane onto Smith from 10th because they don't understand why I am stopping. There is a sign on 10th indicating a new stop sign, but it does not seem like enough because people are just driving through it as if it's not there. I am not sure what else can be done. Maybe more signage indicating a new stop sign? A police presence enforcing it? An announcement in the newspaper? Something needs to be done because it has made the intersection much more dangerous (though if people noticed the sign it would actually improve the daily backups at that junction, so I do like the idea of the stop sign!). I don't want people getting tickets left and right obviously, but we need something else to indicate there is a new sign there. Thank you!
Best wishes,

There is a tree on E. Moore's Pike just east of the intersection with Olcott Blvd. that obstructs the view as one exits Olcott onto Moore's Pike. This is in the tree plot and makes it difficult to judge oncoming traffic @ the top of the hill to the east.

Our son plays Babe Ruth baseball at Winslow on the Gold Field. We are very unhappy with the lights there. There are several lights burned out on each pole and when the 7:45 game is going on it gets very dark. It is quite dangerous, especially around home plate for the batter, catcher, and umpire. Someone is going to get hurt. If it is our son, we won't hesitate to take action. The lights need to be replaced!

On West 17th Street and North Crescent Road there is pothole. The pothole about 10 inches across and is on the north side of the street just as you turn left from West 17th Street to North Crescent Road.
