This is the address of our neighbors. They have several dead trees with very large limbs that fall on our house, cars, and in our yard. We have made attempts to speak with them via knocking and letters all to no avail. These trees are dangerous and could fall and injure anyone in my family, my house, or our cars at any time. we need to know what can be done about this issue.

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. I wish to report a code violation regarding overgrowth and grass length at 537 N. Plymouth Road in Park Ridge East. The code states that anything greater than 8" is in violation. The front yard is grown up with weeds taller than this. The back yard is MUCH more of a problem with overgrowth even taller than the front yard. We are concerned about mosquitoes and other such problems as a result of this overgrowth. We would appreciate the City giving them a slight nudge to take care of this yard maintenance issue.
There is a vehicle that parks on the sidewalk at this location almost daily, preventing bike and foot traffic from utilizing the sidewalk.
Car has been parked in the side yard under a tree for weeks.
The green Honda Civic is often parked off the driveway in the yard.
Car AGAIN parked in the grass. City addressed this earlier this year. They know better. Please contact them to remove. Not a good "entry" to the neighborhood look.
The water fountain at Park Ridge East Park is continuously running.
Pothole at intersection of N. Plymouth Road (my street) and N. Sheffield Dr. in Park Ridge East. To miss the pothole, drivers are moving to the right thereby ending up driving into the grass on the corner creating mud which gets pulled into the street.
While we do have a pothole at the edge of our driveway that extends into the culdesac and city street one which we live, I'm reporting here a request to extend the curb in the culdesac to the area in front of our house. I have sent in a few requests over the years to the City of Bloomington to get the curb extended and have never heard back. We regularly have folks parking in our yard (probably inadvertently), causing further erosion issues in our yard. Thank you.
