6am. City trash collection vehicle driving wrong way on one-way street. Seen driving west on 11th between Indiana and Dunn Streets, then traveled north on Dunn. Two offenses back-to-back.

https://cascadesgolfcourse.org/ Greetings, my son Silas Ellett went to purchase his season pass at Cascades golf course today Sunday April 19. On the website it clearly shows that the 2026 season pass price for 18 and under is $245. However, when he arrived at Cascades today, they told him that that was wrong. I have attached an image file and the URL of the current website. In addition to the misinformation on the website, the personnel at the golf course were very rude. Silas was using his 18th birthday money from his birthday six days ago on April 13 to buy his golf pass for the summer. He was super excited to spend the summer at Cascades. It’s such a wonderful resource that the city provides. Our family is very disappointed by this news. I think a reasonable accommodation is to give him the $245 pass because it was posted on your website and that was a planned activity that he had for today using his birthday money. Illegal company sign at intersection

The east-west signal at Covenanter and College Mall Rd remains a persistent problem for cyclists. The signal seems to be triggered at best by a motor vehicle presence, meaning a cyclist approaching the intersection with no car nearby has no way to get a green light except by pressing a pedestrian beg button that is not accessible from the road. This is a recurrent problem that keeps getting marked “closed” but without real evidence that the matter has been addressed successfully for east-west transportation at this intersection. There is an old homeless women screaming cuss words at the top of her lungs on the b-line trail by the Bloomingfoods. Her behavior is seriously concerning. She is almost always there.
