Hello, I am re-developing the property @ 3000 South Walnut. The location is where the former Southern Winds Hotel and Roosters club were located. The property at the beginning a workout facility and a chiropractors office. AS you pull out from the property and are going to turn left (North) and cross traffic, there are two trees located to the north on the side of the road. When cars are coming South and I am turning to the North, it is difficult to see whats coming and that is where the speed limit changes from 30 to 40mph, which is the place many seems to start speeding up. We will have more traffic than ever entering and leaving the property right from the beginning and even more as the property continues to be redeveloped overtime after the initial building and business's are active. A stop light right around there of course would be superb for the property but probably could never happen due to the traffic that occur that comes over the hill when people are traveling South down South Walnut. With that in mind I was hoping the two large trees could be taken down so it is much safer at that point because of the visibility that would open up. One tree is directly in from of the property and the other is directly in front on an older apartment complex that has around 10 apartments in it, it looks like. Would this be possible? Or maybe we could plant a couple new tress which would be much smaller and take several years to grow out? Of course that problem would show up again several years from now but it would take care of it presently for sevevral years. I am just worried about such a great new area being redeveloped for the area and future to have potential traffic issues with people being able to see when pulling out of the property. Hello, At the intersection of Countryside Lane and Adams Hill Circle, there are large street signs on both sides of the street that have not been removed from the detour route after the S. Rockport Rd. construction project was completed. I have attached a picture to provide further detail. Some neighbors and I were wondering when the signage would be removed. It's a bit of an eyesore, and removing it would improve the aesthetics of the area. Also, I'd hate for the city to have any of it's sign inventory unaccounted for. Thanks so much!

The city recently came and filled potholes on Elizabeth Court, Robins Bow, and Winston Avenue, but when they left, they left the rubble (broken pieces) in piles in the gutters and on the sidewalks. I see the worst piles on Elizabeth Court. Could you please come clean the rubble off the street gutters and sidewalks? Thank you.

The northbound traffic signal at Rogers and Patterson/Grimes Ln seems awfully short all of a sudden. During morning rush hour, around 5 cars can get through going north. The east-west signal seems to be around 3 times as long. Has something been changed recently? Thanks for any information you can provide.

The Elm tree behind our backyard by the S Adam road side appears to be dry/dead this summer. More than half of the tree had been removed by the City a few years ago due to broken branches and icing in winter. Can the City come check/remove the tree before it cause any damage? Thank you.

Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.
