When I try to log in in order to pay my bill, I get a "Server error". I have tried several times, with two different browsers. So I thought I could at least view my bill, because I'm writing out my budget for the next pay period, and there is no way to simply access my bill to view it without going through the payment function -- which is non-functional. This new interface is NOT user friendly.

The potholes on Prow road require filling. Many overgrown branches are causing difficulty to see incoming traffic and a hazard for large trucks.
Many trees and shrubs have caused walking on the sidewalks hazardous and difficult - especially in the dark. The streets are narrow and animals are constantly abound, making an option to walk on the road undesirable.
Every week I visit on Fridays for free flower Friday and there are always 2 female employees who smoke right outside the entrance. I respect the fact that they have a want for a smoking break, but not right outside the entrance to their own store, where non-smoking employees and customers have to inhale 2nd hand smoke. As well, there is another lady who I have seen vaping inside of the store. This is unacceptable, and I am not the only customer who I have heard complain.
The 3 Amigos restaurant at 601 North College Avenue has installed a permanent outdoor speaker blasting music into the courtyard residential area. I would like to see if anything can be done to limit the use of or volume on the outdoor speaker. Thanks for your assistance.

uReport kept saying "fatal" error when trying citizen version. Was able to create one logged on as staff, but no picture option. Can we add a media upload option in the staff ureport application please. Thank you.
downtown on the square, in front of the "tap" nightclub (across from chase bank), today i noticed that there isn't enough room between a bike at a bike rack there and the outdoor enclosure for tables at the tap. there might be enough room for a regular wheelchair to get thru, but not a large wheelchair. and i am referring to someone who would be passing by there (not going to the tap). even though i am not in a wheelchair, that's what it looks like, so someone might want to measure the area there for a.d.a. compliance, please. thanks
