The traffic signal for southbound traffic on Rogers heading to the intersection with 2nd Street is a mess. Why is there no left turn arrow? Why is the light only 18 seconds from the time it turns green to when it turns red again? The detour for College Ave. being closed to southbound traffic goes onto Rogers south to east on 2nd, yet this is the best setup we have? An 18 second traffic signal with no left turn arrow? Brilliant.
On this block we put our trash out this morning as usual, and it hasn't been picked up. I thought there might be a heat-related delay but don't see any announcement of that.
There is a ton of trash on the porch of this house. Looks like no one actually lives there. Can the City require that it be cleaned up?

Two couchs on curb for three weeks. Grass probably dead under them some loose trash near house. Where Dunn Ts into second. Couldn't see address on house so this is a guess from the gis map.
I would love if it would be possible to add a streetlight near the front of 925 E Hunter. It is very dark especially when walking at night.
There are 2 trees here falling across the sidewalk. The owner needs to take care of it before they fall and hurt someone. They are along the sidewalk that runs parallel with Kinser.

In follow-up to #211031(5/28/26) which referenced the pothole on the northwest edge of Kirkwood and Elm. Many potholes were filled in the surrounding area, but this was not. This one is problematic because in turning from Elm onto Kirkwood there is no way to safely avoid it.
