At the sharp curve where W. Wylie St. makes an almost 90-degree turn towards 1st Street - a cluster of deep potholes, one quite large in diameter and several smaller-diameter; because together they span almost the entire roadway, they are impossible to avoid and are a real hazard for residents and thru-traffic alike.
Large, damaging potholes in the alley leading to several homes and apartments need to be repaired. These will only get worse as the weather turns colder. Alley beside 407 N. Park.
704 W. 4th St. The sidewalk is front of this house is ridiculous. They never shoveled or salted, and it's been almost 2 weeks since it snowed. Someone is going to get hurt. They shoveled up to their front door, and I know someone is home.
The corner bump-out on W 3rd at S Fairview juts out too far into the street and cars drive over it which often causes flat tires...two this past Sunday! Since W 3rd is getting fully re-paved soon (because of the sewer replacement work that is finished now) I wonder if you could shave two feet of the bump out? To be clear, I think the bump out needs to be there...it's only the south cement "curb" that needs to be cut short and re-cemented. Thanks, Jaclyn

The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. Graffiti is again on all the STOP signs in the Winslow Farm Development area. The City of Bloominngton replaced the signs with STOP signs (white paint with War graffiti underneath), but now vandals have placed War in black paint beneath the STOP signs). Almost all the STOP signs have this (Laurelwood CT,, Laurelwood DR, Bent Tree Dr., Alzelea, etc.).
Looks like a pipe is leaking through a small utility cover, eastbound lane of Gourley.
Owner year after year REFUSES to trim back her over grown weeds that have grown into trees. They hang over on my property and hang onto my roof.
