There is standing water in the storm drain directly to the north of 1308 S Palmer's driveway. It has not rained in over a week, so I that assume the drain is clogged. Attached photo is the reflection in the water when looking down into drain.

The street lights at the intersection of High Street and Covenanter have not been working properly for at least a month. While driving in the morning, it is extremely dark and feels unsafe.
Car has an expired registration and seems to be abandoned.
11th street from Monroe st to vernal pike is horrible, And it's not just recently, been this way for a long time.
1315 S. High Street looks like it's been abandoned. The yard is overgrown, and the house generally looks like it is uninhabited.

Street name sign, corner of Kingston Dr. & E. Longview Ave. Needs replacement. It is bent and I cannot image how it occurred except a bus or truck making the turn too tight.. Thanks -
