At the end of the very nice protected bike lane on 3rd Street, buses pull over into the unprotected lane to pick up passengers at this stop, forcing bikers either to stop and wait for the bus again, take their chances on going into traffic and around, or jumping up on the sidewalk. Please ask the buses to either stop in the car lane or extend the protected lane through this bus stop.
A business has moved into the former Sterling Glass building at this address. They have placed a large blue dumpster on the lawn at the west edge of their property. According to 20.05.067 of the UDO this dumpster is supposed to be enclosed and on pavement. The property is zoned CG.
We are the landlord of this commercial building and have a shared alley way. There are two white trash bags leaning against our building (left by students across the alley most likely) - trash is strung out of it due to animals and there is some broken glass as well. Can you please take care of cleaning this up??
Someone cut the majority of the Ukraine flag down off our building. They had to have had scissors and some kind of a ladder to do it, so it wouldn't have been a spur of the moment thing. Not expecting the city to do anything; just wanted to let you know in case there were other incidences of vandalism that might be similar and help in identifying a person or pattern. Thanks!
Why was feedback on the mural at 11th & rogers only asked for with simply one design submitted? And to that point, why was feedback submitted not taken? Public sees absolutely no changes to the proposed design and leaves us feeling the same way when the gateway was decided unilaterally at miller park. At least in that instance council stepped in to halt the design. Is the artwork at hopewell going to be treated the same way? Public feedback submitted but has no impact on actual result for our neighborhoods and city? Disappointing.

Additionally, there are two cars at the property: one that does not appear to be running and another that is frequently being worked on. There are also cars frequently pulling up in the alley, where individuals from the house briefly interact with the vehicles before returning inside. Prior to the recent construction at this intersection, the storm sewer drains on both sides of Fess just north of 12th Street were covered with thick, fibrous mats, ostensibly to prevent gravel from washing down there during the project. Now that the construction is complete, should those mats now be removed?
Pavement in even, swerving cars due to pavement issues almost caused several accidents
What is happening again on Clarizz street. How much money and time has the city wasted on what ever project this is. Surely we have better uses for our resources. Connie Clark
