The pedestrian blinking light for the trail on Country Club Drive between Walnut and Rogers is stuck on. I went through it twice between 7:45pm and 8:15pm on Sunday 10/21, and it was still on.
Enormous amount of trash along the side and behind the house. This looks like a possible place that rats and other vermin could be living. This is a rental property and the area has had numerous trash, excessive growth and disrepair complaints.
I'd like to address that there is severe mold issues on the pickleball and tennis courts at RCA park. The black mildew/mold issue has caused numerous instances with pickleball play and tennis play becoming a safety issue due to how slippery the surface get's. Many people have been slipping lately because the mold creates a very slippery surface. I'd like to suggest and request that someone comes to take a look at the issues near the back of the courts towards the woods. The street directly in front of my house is falling apart and has been for years. The chunks of pavement have become a problem for me re: lawn mowing, shoveling. So, this is my request for repair. Thank you. 2105 E. Queensway Blooomington, IN 47401
Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:
Adams and 2nd street lights, as well as Adams and Patterson lights, take what seems to be a much longer time for cars on either side of Adams. I have sat here for more than 5 minutes with almost no traffic on 2nd. I have also been in a line of 10 cars all waiting forever. Especially when only one car is on either side of Allen, this light is probably the worst I've experienced in town (2nd worst is Adams at Patterson, which also seems to have changed in the recent past to take forever). Please allow these two intersections to change so that the Adams lights on both have a more frequent change or less time to wait. Thank you.
Garage door is almost fallen off of track, hanging to one side. Green moss/fungus growing all over front on west side of house. East side of house has cleaned graffiti markings that can still visibly say "Fuck You." House is one of Pendragon Properties' houses. How is Jeff Jones still allowed to rent in Bloomington after all these years of problems with him? How many court cases, HAND involvements, money owed does it take? Presumably, he most know someone. :( This really sucks having him in our neighborhood. The houses are always trashed, he treats his tenants like a slum lord would, and we all have to deal with are neighborhood going downhill because for whatever unjust reason, the city or courts can't probably deal with him. We don't want him or his business in this respectable, family neighborhood.
A possum got in out air conditioning vents and we have tried to work with our management company and their maintenance guy on removing the animal when we first heard it and spotted it. They did nothing about it and now they is a strong odor coming into the house through the vents. After countless times of trying to reach both the maintenance guy and Action Properties Management, the smell is now getting worse from the animal dying in the vents and rotting and they are still taking no action. I want to file a complaint since now it is becoming a health concern and this company is being careless of our health.

Overgrown lawn
