I am not sure what is preventing it from emptying fully. Deep pothole on South side of Hillside outside the driveway of 208 E Hillside Dr.
There is a manhole cover here that keeps getting left open. Last fall my husband fell in it and injured his leg. Can this be made safer? Mopeds, bikes, and pedestrians use this area with some frequency. The manhole cover can be hard to find, it is not far from the retaining wall near the Stonebelt house on the south side of the street.
Southbound on Dunn, at 6th St: tree needs trimming, stop sign obscured
