Blocked Street
3rd St and Arbutus Drive at Forest Quad

There are a number of destroyed delineator posts in the 3rd Street protected bike lane. The posts are there for visibility and a division between the bike's space and car's space, and since they are not there, I feel much less safe when biking along this street. Please replace them.

While I was driving along N Crescent Rd, a sanitation worker who was on the opposite side of the street suddenly stepped out into the middle of the road directly in front of my vehicle and motioned for me to stop. There was no prior warning, traffic control device, or signal indicating that traffic needed to halt. The sudden action required me to brake unexpectedly to avoid a potentially dangerous situation. Abruptly entering an active traffic lane without clear warning created a serious safety risk for both myself and the worker

Second complaint of residents parking their car on the street in the wrong direction. Also the location of the parked car makes getting out of the driveway via car by the neighbors difficult, thanks.

On Pete Ellis Drive at the railroad tracks just South of the East side Post Office: there are trees that have fallen and are blocking the sidewalk and other trees that look precarious and are leaning over that area. This is a safety issue and an accessibility issue for those in a wheelchair or walking or walking with a baby stroller. This is probably due to the tornado damage in the area, but this needs an immediate resolution. Thank you.

For approximately three weeks, the tenant in Unit 6 (Jessiah) has repeatedly allowed his dog to defecate in the shared common area directly outside my unit without removing the waste.
I have documented this behavior weekly and provided photos to the property manager. The issue has not been resolved.
There are currently approximately 15–20 instances of dog waste in the common area. The accumulation is creating odor issues and interfering with normal use of the space.
I have video documentation showing the dog defecating and the owner leaving without removal. I have spoken with the tenant previously about his dog and can confirm it belongs to him. I have also overheard him state that he does not pick up his dog’s waste.
I am requesting enforcement of the city ordinance requiring pet owners to remove animal waste.

This property keeps horses. A foal was stillborn on Wed 2/18. The property owner was notified and came to check on the mare, but did not remove the foal carcass. It was covered with an overturned green plastic feed trough but has remained in the pasture since last week.
