North side of building someone crossed over the fence and spray painted the side of the building. On the opposite side of the building facing 4th street....we have more graffiti which looks to be a tag.

I walk to work daily and need to cross Third St. at Rose Ave. Is there any chance of having a crosswalk at this intersection? It is often very difficult to cross with the sometimes long lines of traffic coming from both directions. Finding a break in the traffic and competing with traffic turning onto Third from Rose is often very dangerous. Also, since I walk on Rose heading north from Hunter, I am forced to walk on the road until I reach Third St. What are the chances of having sidewalk installed on Rose south of Third? Where is our Parking Enforcement Officer? Day in, day out there are still cars parked on the street in the 600 and 700 block of S Eastside Drive, that seem not to have a valid residential neighborhood parking permit or visitor tag displayed: the white Volvo, the grey Toyota Sienna and the red Ford truck (which should not be parked on the street anyway because it is too long).

The light keeps coming on - doing a strobe at times and goes out. It does this non-stop during the night, with it staying out for 15 to 30 minutes at a time, then repeats the cycle.
The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. I don't know if this is a city issue or a university issue, but I know that uReports are an effective tool in general, and was hoping I could be directed to the right place.
At the north west corner of W. 6th Street and N. Jackson Street the stop sign has been defaced with black paint and markings. It needs replaced with a new one.
Timing of the College/Walnut & 45/46 traffic signal is off. Commuting home from work 9/17 traveling west at 5:15, traffic was backed up past Dunn St. Commuting to work 9/18 traveling east at 8:15, traffic was backed up past Kinser Pk. I sat through three red lights before making it through the intersection. This is not typical for the intersection and is not an efficient flow of traffic.

Saraga Oriental Market at 1305 S College Mall Rd, Bloomington, IN 47401 has a credit card processing system that is so old it takes 5 minutes for each transaction. Recently, even that broke down and so they stopped printing out credit card receipts and just give out slips of the total amount that was presumably charged to the credit card, without any information about what items were purchased and what quantity and so on. I say presumably because I've also read on student boards that sometimes Saraga charge 2-3 times for the same transaction, probably because the credit card processor is so old. Could this be cause for a tax audit? It would certainly be a cause for a better business investigation.
