Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. The business is Cup and Kettle Tea Shop. The website says it open, however no direct communication about online orders.

Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. This house has not cleared their sidewalks of snow and they are responsible for the whole corner. This is a busy corner with a bus stop, high traffic, and narrow sidewalks. Really need the sidewalks at this property cleared for pedestrian and bus customers safety

Attempting to turn left onto Hillside onto Washington is extremely difficult during high traffic times. Contributing to this is the very poor sight line when attempting to see oncoming traffic - the hill up from walnut blocks westbound traffic to a degree, and the porch structure built to the property line at 202 E Hillside makes it very hard to see eastbound traffic. What could be done to make this intersection feel less perilous?

We attended the football game on Saturday and walked through this complex at 1425 N Dunn. The trash is atrocious and you can't even walk on the sidewalks because of the overgrown landscaping. I have attached a few photos of the grounds, and this is just a portion of the trash. This is an embarrassment to Bloomington and also to guests from out of town that see this mess. If you could please advise!

There is a large pothole in the middle of the street on W. Dove Dr. It is just west of the S Crane Ct/W. Dove Drive intersection. It even shows up on google maps when you zoom in! See attached pic
