Crabapple tree branches have grown over and down onto the sidewalk in front of the home at 1700 E. Camby Lane. Residents are unable to walk on the sidewalk beneath / next to the tree, and must move into the roadway.
There are tree limbs obstructing the use of the sidewalk in front of 1700 E. Camby Lane and beside the same property (along Abby Lane).

bike islands are a terrible idea, I am an every day bike commuter and I just about hit 5 college kids as the got off the bus staring at their phones and texting. SERIOUSLY, COME ON.

Mold in walls, mold in bathroom, no working a/c units on first floor, bed bugs found, the owner Jerry Patel treats this property like it’s not his concern, also safety issues for employees working 11pm-7am with being sexually harassed and the GM Shawna Lewis is told to lie to guest about the property conditions as well and how things are ran. As an citizen of Bloomington Indiana I am reporting this comfort inn for the second time and will continue to do so until there is change.
I call to your attention a significant safety concern regarding the curbing located outside of 1700 N. Lincoln St. in Bloomington. This curbing is uneven with the sidewalk and other adjacent curbing; it is cracking and deteriorating in some areas. The curbing is in a high student foot traffic area used by several hundred students per day while Indiana University classes are in full session. I am requesting that the Bloomington Street Division replace the damaged curbing and install ADA-compliant curb ramps in the affected areas. The public sidewalks along Parkview Apartments have improved, but most of the sidewalk is still covered with packed snow and ice. Two-thirds of the way along Walnut is now clear, but the "ice rink" at the northern end is still treacherous. The way along 19th has not been touched, even right in front of the Parkview entrance. It is unclear whether the entire sidewalk on 19th Street, all the way to Washington Street, is the responsibility of the same property owner.
