City plowed snow onto sidewalk. Was cleared prior to this incident, but now cannot remove snow with just a shovel.

Location 1008 E Thornton Dr.; Public safety/ traffic/ residential parking issue: Large amount of shoulder stone has eroded away due to to water run off from the street. Creating a large rut and beginning to undermine the edge of the steets pavement. (avg. 50'x1'x1') with the stone being washed towards Henderson St. then into the storm sewer system. This issue has been reported on multiple occasions over the last year by multiple residents.
Inoperable 80s/90s white four door vehicle has been Stationary in driveway in exact spot for several years.
Grass excessively high in back yard. Rat infestation.
Trash discarded in front of property. Needs to be placed inside container.
Rental company has been notified several times about swinging vine blocking the sidewalk. It has been pulled back several times but continues to be hazardous for pedestrians
In response to case number 208 730 the city came and cleaned the actual drains, but not the debris along the curb. With the heavy rain coming all week the debris is going to wash and block the drain again. Can the city come and clean the curb along the street to prevent further blockage?
Two vehicles parked on overgrown grass abandoned for 6 plus years.
Trash and junk stored strewn on side front and back of property, plus cars that do not run on tall grass.
Garbage, trash cars, never mows. Then when city asks - it’s a passive aggressive mow. There’s literally’x’ patterns mown in front lawns 17 years of giving the bird to COB. Do something, like condemn entire house, these tenants know how to work the system.
