Rain runoff from city street caused my basement to flood (again for the 3rd time) and my neighbors basement to flood again.
Multiple days trash not emptied. Last week the recycling bin was not emptied, today (Friday) none of the trash was collected and we are enrolled in extra pickup. Now we’re faced with a trash crisis and have nowhere to put it all. Please don’t charge us for extra, as they are not retrieving trash and the office is closed.
I have 2 trash days a week, and last Friday marks the third consecutive time on Friday that our trash was STILL not picked up. Phones are not being answered.
Phone lines were busy all morning after discovering trash wasn’t picked up yet again, however all neighbors trash were picked up. Went to sanitation in person to notify, spoke to Rhea. She sent Workers. They stopped by while I was showering, dog was barking erratically, apparently from previous knocking. Heard one of the workers yelling something about “fresh tracks” as I was getting dressed, and they pulled off quickly before I could answer. Trash appears to have been removed. Phone lines still busy, hoping to find out more information on why workers were knocking. No note was left. Thanks.

Customer called to complain about restaurant's grease in alley behind Grazzi. Customer is an employee of King Dough. Another customer (also a King Dough employee) confirmed that the situation is ongoing. There is a grease collection container (for recycling restaurant grease and oil) that may be leaking or just overflowing. Complaint was called into city switchboard on Saturday night. Alley needs to be cleaned and dumper counseled.
The street light doesn't and it is scary to walk home at night without it.
The light does not regularly stay lit. It is frequently just not on a night, but sometimes is. I don't know if this is a city maintained light or Duke maintained light. It is specifically the light that is in the col-du-sac. Thank you.
Heating cooling or plumbing truck blocking road completely with no one directing traffic. Or anybody at all attempting to divert traffic
