Followup on 207235 The response I got was: Thank you for submitting information to us via uReport.  We value your input and hope that we will be able to address your questions and concerns. In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation.  In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property. No, that post about how "they" don't clear on Saturday and Sunday was talking about the CITY clearing ROADS (not residents shoveling sidewalks). I'm sorry that was not clear. I don't think it's correct, just an exaggeration, that "they" don't plow snow on weekends. Please confirm that the City plows on weekends. (I think you do, but i could not swear to it in court.) Thanks!

Florida was just supported by the Supreme Court about keeping the likes of the rainbow fagit Pedophile, child grooming. Transgender trash away from the children versus setting the table for the feast of the sick trash as like that you supported and switchyard park a few years ago. I'm just curious. Is there any chance that you may do the same thing to keep the kids safe versus supporting that sick crap

I don’t know if I am contacting the correct department. We walked by a retention pond and huge drainpipe on Buick-Cadillac Dr. A foul-smelling odor, smelling like potent bubblegum, grew in odor and started taking our breath away. I was reminded of a similar odor emanating from an Eli Lilly plant on the south side of Indianapolis. Should this water area in the midst of commercial activity be analyzed? We don’t wish to breathe in toxic fumes.

Constant issues with trash all around property and old mattresses near dumpster for months. The trash issue happens multiple times weekly.

Re 1536 so Andrew Cir. 47401. #46187-002. We live at 1548 so Andrew Cir and own the adjoining lot which has a sprinkler system but no structures. It is undeveloped. Over the past three months we have been billed for a medium cart at $16.48 per month. We never ordered this cart and have been getting bounced from utilities to sanitation trying to resolve the issue. The city owes us $49.44 and we want this error removed from any future billing. I asked that snow plow did not put snow in front of driveway, not remove the snow. Whenever it blocks mine and my neighbor's preventing us access to the road that is city responsibility. Do I need to contact the mayor for help?

Snow plow keeps neglecting us . They come by and never plow and we urgently need to get out !
