I was wondering where I could get a street map of the entire Monroe County? If you know where or how I can get one please let me know.

I just passed Highway 46 and Walnut. As Walnut comes into town (near McDonalds on the North side) the street lanes are being painted. The painting on Walnut is crazy as there is a giant unused space that will not be used by motorist. They will instead do as they are today and use this area to expedite there dirve to the turn lanes. Someone needs to check this out ASAP.

The light at Adams St., where it becomes W. 3rd St., turns green even if there are no cars there. And it stays green for an inordinate amount of time.
The light for Allen St. at Patterson Dr. turns green even when there are no cars at the light. And it stays green for a long time.
Someone painted a penis in yellow on the back window of my 1998 Chevy Cavalier and wrote "Call me maybe 812-339-2260" in red paint on the side window. There were also yellow penises painted on the windows of two other cars. One was a Honda SUV and the other was a BMW SUV.
There are multiple street lights out along College Mall Road, roughly a quarter of them which is dangerous with the number of students walking along that corridor.
on South Patterson Dr. and 2nd Street Intersection. The LEFT turn signal is way too quick. It doesn't even allow one car to get though the intersection before turning yellow. There must be a timing issue... very popular area for Left Turners onto Second Street. Can you please look into this. Thank you!!
