The walking bridge on Second Street between Rose Ave and Anita was damaged by a fallen tree about a month ago and has been closed since then. To walk to work, I have to invade a neighbor's privacy by walking through her yard. I have noticed quite a few people (including an elderly one today) walking on the street, which is very tight traffic-wise. Does the city have plans to fix it? A second concern is one I've asked about several times over the years. Since I've heard about the plan to reconfigure the bike lanes on 3rd Street beginning on Rose, is it possible to put a crosswalk there (across 3rd on Rose). I have found this also to be a hazardous place to navigate on my walk to work in the IU School of Education on North Rose Ave. Many thanks for your attention to both questions! There’s a lot of overgrowth on Rogers at Second, on the southwest corner, adjacent to the location of the old hospital. It’s hard to get a stroller past and I think it would be harder for a person who uses a wheelchair. Doesn’t the city own that? Please fix. Thanks.

Light #99 on B-line trail is out. Most of the lights along the west side of Kroger are out, but this is important for the number of individuals crossing 2nd on the B-line. I hope they are not all in series!

Water leaking from water main in the street

The traffic light is longer for the traffic on Adam’s Street vs the traffic on 2nd Street causing a back up all. The timing should be flipped so the green light is longer for the traffic on 2nd Street.

It would be helpful if the City would advertise road closures with a wide range of public media when they are planning a project. Was it in the newspaper or WTIU or WFHB, etc.? Thank you.

Snow blocks the entire sidewalk. Pedestrians having to walk on road with incoming traffic making it an extremely dangerous situation.
