There is a lot of sand and debris in the bike lanes on College and Walnut as they go under the railroad bridge. It's dangerous because it's difficult to get traction and keep from spinning out and falling into a lane of traffic.
The white strips on Rogers Street and Dodds Street indicating where cars are supposed to stop are worn out. Drivers have a habit of driving through the intersection without stopping and drawing more attention to the stops would be beneficial. The stop signs could also have a reflective strip on them to draw more attention to them. 1st Street and Rogers could also benefit from the same improvements.
Rotting pile of rug? Jute? Been there all summer. In the tree plot.
There is a 2 by 1 foot pothole that was intentionally dug in the alley that runs behind the property. So the pothole is between the property and the Hutton Honors College. Don't know if the city or party that dug it was looking for pipes or what, but the hole has been there for almost two weeks unfilled. There are 6 parking spots all in a row behind the property. The pothole is dug in such a way that it is directly behind a parking spot making the spot unusable. Also, when the pothole was initially dug there was already a car in the parking spot. The pothole was dug directly behind the tires of the car making it impossible to avoid when the car backed out. May want to instruct crews or whichever party was responsible not to do that. Pothole should not be hard to spot. Please let me know at the email address provided when to expect the pothole to be filled and if there is any other info you need Thank You
Large potholes from previous pipe work in the alley behind the Hutton Honors College. Some are large enough to cause damage to cars driving over them.
never shoveled
Snow hadn't been touched
This might be more than just a sidewalk issue. It looks like a chuck of the railroad bridge has fallen onto the sidewalk on the west side of Walnut, near and just north of 12th Street / Dominos / entrance to old Ekimae restaurant. It is not completely blocking the sidewalk, but it should be removed - and probably more importantly, the bridge infrastructure integrity should be checked.
Trash and/or recycling bins sitting by street
