Planning staff have an ongoing enforcement case at this property and are already working with the property owners on compliance timelines. Planning staff will reinvestigate for complaint of inoperable vehicles, but as explained by my colleague, Title 20 does not regulate tents of this nature.

Joy, we can look into if there are inoperable vehicles at this site past the 30 day window. However, Planning does not have regulations for report of "camping".
