Caller to HAND concerned about overgrowth causing dangerous conditions and driver's unable to see when making a turn. He said that officer has been out in the past and owner is doing nothing. Caller has been cleaning up the litter along the road but not able to do anything about the grass/weeds.
Utility box was installed at the corner of High and Maxwell. The hole has been improperly filled and is forming craters around the new utility box. It's hazardous.
The west side of the trail between the dog park at switchyard and country club road has absolutely zero trash receptacles. This means that anyone who might have garbage or pet waste has nowhere to dump it when they are on the west part of the trail. The east section of the trail has two between the dog park and country club. It would be convenient if there were just one trash bin in the west side of the trail.
The trailhead for the new Powerline Trail has safety/traffic cones that are often blocking the sidewalk and caution tape that's been loosened creating a hazard for cyclists and pedestrians.
The bike lane paint has been worn away on Washington and Lincoln streets between Kirkwood and 3rd. Cars are now routinely driving in the bike lane and make a hazard for cyclists. Can the bike lane line be repainted?

I am the property manager at 1201 S. Grant St., and the property next to our at 1203 S. Grant has a lot of plant debris growing on our fence and our retaining wall. There is also a tree pushing against the fence and branches hanging over the fence. Hoping to know if it’s ok to at least cute off the branches over the fence on our side, and also to have the owner, which is Granite Student Living, take action on the invasives up against our fence and retaining wall. Camp restarting with tent, trash and shopping cart
Vegetation on north side of Moores Pike between Valley Forge and Winfield makes it hard to pull out of Valley Forge Rd (south on Valley Forge turning onto Moores Pike). I'm not sure if it is trees or just other brush. I understand that the crest of the road also limits sight distance, but the vegetation is making it even worse. Please trim. Thank you!
