Almost to the middle of the Heritage I can see the car is coming. That’s from 3Rd street, if the car from behind the vehicle, It will come much faster without I knowing it. It is a real hazardous condition.

Yesterday friends gathered discuss this hazardous situation at my driveway, we saw some garden workers carrying their tools walking from Morningside toward 3rd street to work. Why are you doing this? We don’t want park our pickup truck and trailer at Heritage to block the traffic. What a consideration! Even garden workers have the sense of responsibility. The city officers didn’t prepared ahead of time to prevent the dangerous situation, ignored the fact there ought to be heavy traffic on Heritage Rd. Even all the companies saying there’s no Detour sign, City didn’t direct drivers to use Heritage Rd. This is intentionally created a hazardous situation for all the residents in the city. The Mayor promised to look into the case. But on the safe side I am going to contact my lawyer, in case God blinks his eyes, some tthing terrible happens.

117 S. Heritage Rd. To my big surprise, the trash can lid came back so soon. Thanks a lot. This changed my mind a little. During the construction of Smith Rd, S. Heritage Rd from no car street became a supper high way, the one who is in charge of the construction did not prepared for the transition and when the situation got so dangerous, so many neighbors complained, only kept telling us, when the construction ended, things will go back to normal. That’s terribly unresponsive, I already decided that not to vote to this city government for next tern. Now, I realized some people in the city are more efficient, maybe there still some Hope.
I’m not yet back in Bloomington but will be within the next few days for school. One of my roommates is there, and we both paid for street parking but our entire road has not been plowed. This issue needs resolved immediately.

Blocking this east-west corridor all summer is a disaster. Consider there are people in this town who DRIVE EAST WEST. This has diverted traffic to hillside and last evening the traffic on hillside going west was backed up from the light at high street through the roundabout near renwick. This was causing drivers to divert into the neighborhood north of there, flying through at high speeds. Open up our roads again, stop making driving impossible in Bloomington with all these sidewalks, bikepaths, street narrowing curbs that NOBODY uses. NOBODY. Put a plan into place to improve EAST WEST traffic. This is ruining the town.
