This pothole is significant in size and depth, creating a potential hazard for drivers entering or exiting the area. It poses a high risk of causing damage to vehicles, including tire blowouts, wheel damage, or suspension issues. Additionally, its location at a busy entrance increases the chances of accidents or traffic disruption. I recommend that the pothole be inspected and repaired as soon as possible to prevent damage to vehicles and to maintain road safety in this high-traffic area.

Drainage issue behind my house (2201 E. Autumn Drive). Rain water goes to the Jackson Creek but since last year the pipe has been damaged and now huge area has been damaged by the rain water. Big huge trees are falling (another one about to fall) because the rain is sweeping all the soil and roots have been exposed. Please have someone visit the site ASAP.

There is about a 3-4 foot pothole in the parking lot adjacent to Bloomington Family Dental. I drove into that hole when it was covered with water and surprised my car didn't end up in the shop after that. Not sure if this is a city street or it is owned by the business.

Timing of the College/Walnut & 45/46 traffic signal is off. Commuting home from work 9/17 traveling west at 5:15, traffic was backed up past Dunn St. Commuting to work 9/18 traveling east at 8:15, traffic was backed up past Kinser Pk. I sat through three red lights before making it through the intersection. This is not typical for the intersection and is not an efficient flow of traffic.
