Large dog park at Switchyard. You guys were so responsive to my recent report, I thought I would send you another one. You have at least 5 broken sprinkler heads that are leaking water. See attached file. I didn't walk the whole park. There may be others between the big hill and sun shade area. Otherwise park is great (once the mud hole is filled in)! Us dog owners love it. There is a pole/light at this stop that has metal bands wrapped in two spots for a trash can to be attached. Although the trash can is not attached and sits beside the pole, that is not the problem. Today, one of the metal bands (which sticks out at the end of its seal point) sliced my leg open. Luckily I had a first aid kit, but that is dangerous.
There are no signs on Coolidge or Brown streets by the Broadview Learning Center and Bloomington Graduation School building indicating it is a school or reducing speed limits. BGS is an alternative high school in MCCSC, but the students are entitled to the same protections as any traditional high school. Please remedy this inequity.

On the north side of E Wylie Farm Rd between S Bayberry Dr and S Azalea Lane there is a wooden walkway within the 50' right-of-way that is very overgrown with Trees of Heaven and a lot of other plants. It is to the point where people are breaking off the tops of the trees in order to get through that part of the walkway. These are invasive plants and the City should do a better job at eliminating them or at least cutting them back. The Google streetview photo of that location dated July 2023 is attached along with current photos that show how the trees and other plants are taking over the walkway and that the tops of some of the trees have been broken off so that pedestrians can pass here. Please clear the area along this side of E Wylie Farm Rd as soon as possible. Thank you.

The top of the sewer drains are covered with grass clippings from mowing and gravel. The drains starting from 1010 w Cottage Grove down the road on both sides of the street are covered and when the rain is heavy it causes the water to run in the middle of the street.

I believe the Pierogi Place is operating a food truck without a license. There are no license plates (or registration) on the food truck which are required to get a license, and they are parking the truck in Gentry Estates neighborhood and dumping their gray water tank.
