Hello — I'm writing to report that the streetlight at the corner of W 9th and N Maple streets is out. I seem to remember from a past experience that you prefer to contact Duke directly, but if I am incorrect about that, please let me know so that I can contact them instead. At 2nd and Rogers there is a big pot hole. It is on the north side of the intersection (north of the westbound lane of 2nd) and in line with the east side of the south bound Rogers left turn lane. This is a growing pot hole that looks dangerous when I go by it on my bicycle.
Going west on 17th Street, just before the overpass over 37/69, I did not see a street sign for Crescent Rd. and missed my turn. If there is a sign there, I did not see it anywhere. Needs a street sign!
Two youngish trees in the tree strip on 4th street, NW corner of 4th ST. and the alley between Grant and Dunn Streets (in front of Korea Restaurant). These two trees have had multiple dead wood branches for some time and dead wood needs to be removed. Now the tree closest to the alley appears to be dying. It looked fine last week, but this week all the leaves are turning brown.
Request for Street Sweeping in the Bike Lanes on Walnut, College and Rogers. The increase of downtown construction has lead to more debris and gravel in the bike lane - getting to the point it's not worth riding in the bike lane which is upsetting morning drivers since I'm now taking up one of the lanes on my bike. I've gotten two flats in the past week due to large gravel/glass and other hazardous material in the roadway.
Multiple potholes on Mcintyre drive, near many MD offices. Also large hole on Cota drive just past hospice house.
There are traffic cones left from the culvert repair and street resurfacing. It appears that the danger of which they warned has passed.
The road in front of my house is eroding away.
The stretch of road between Highway 45 and Fullerton Pike on West Leonard Springs Road is full of broken portions of pavement and potholes that make this road very difficult to drive and it is only a matter of time before significant damage is done to someones car
Big man pot holes it's tearing people's car up really bad I have had to put a lower ball joint on my car and two new tires because of this road please fix it
