There may be no illegalities within the mayors administration, but there are breeches of the peace through his office. The city does not derive a debt to the State of Indiana, it does operate under the same jurisdiction, and that means authority. Mark Kruzan is being given a vote of no confidence because of the Separation of Church and State. He has become a rebel, and some of his actions have been worthy of accrediting, but in light of other circumstances in the city , such conducts will have negated such accreditation. He is a disgrace for not challenging Federal authority away from being an independent on the ballot, and does not deserve to remain the Mayor of Bloomington city government.

Leaves were never removed from Greenbriar, Mayfair, and Arden neighborhoods last fall. Snow fell on top making snow removal a mess. Potholes emerged making it even worse especially where Wilton and Greenbriar merge. Then last weekend - city crews were pumping what I presume to be leaves out of the storm sewer leaving a huge mess. The entry to our neighborhood now looks really bad. Crumbling roads covered with muck and piles of dead leaves. What does one need to do to bring attention to this? When will the leaves be removed and the roads be repaired and cleaned up?

Please forward this praise to the appropriate dept: If we haven't thanked the appropriate department already, on behalf of Bloomington Transit I want to give an enormous thanks to all the staff responsible for clearing the roads so that BT's fixed route and BTaccess (disabled transport) could successfully maintain operations last week during the awful cold and snow. Hello, I live on Rogers where the road construction has been going on. While the construction so far has been annoying, it has been bearable and hasn't intruded on daily life functioning. The past two morning I have been woken at 6 am to extremely loud construction outside my window. 7 am was annoying, but bearable, but 6 am is just insanity. It wasn't even light out this morning at 6 am! I am ill and trying to recover and being woken at 6 am when I don't have to be awake for work until 8 am is just rude. Please, is it at all possible to wait until 7 am to start construction? At least it's a reasonable hour. Thank you, Rachel Matthews

Hello, I live two doors down from the Banneker center. I have a request that the city, park the van either on the side street next to the center or in front of the center...I realize this is city parking and they have a right to park there. The staff park the van in front of my house and leave it there all weekend and they usually park the van directly in front of mine and my neighbor's house, while they have plenty of room on the west side of the building to park. Or possibly at the girls Club. They usually leave the van there all weekend . They usually park at at least 3 feet from the end of the yellow line. We can normally park three cars there. This effectively cuts off any accessible parking in front of my house and my neighbor's house. I don't mind the extra parking for the kids activities all during the week but this is the staff van. I know this is perfectly legal but on in the interest of good neighborhood relations I am making this request. thank you, Barbara Metz 1005 west 7th bjmetz@indiana.edu

We live right next to Bachelor Middle School and was not awaken during the Tornado Warning by the siren that is on the roof of Bachelor MS. We have been awaken by it more than once in the past 2 years and when it goes off it is much louder than our alarm clocks so I do not believe that all 4 of us would ever sleep through it. My request is just that the functionality of the siren at Bachelor Middle School is checked. Thank you.

I also think we can create a wonderful place for midwesterner's to come, play, spend money, and have a nice vacation spot, this I think will play a key role in the future of Bloomington.

I think it would also be very advantageous to the city to create another huge indoor mall on the west side and if possible enlarge college mall.
