Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. I want to commend Adam Wason, Shelby Walker, and Rhea Carter on helping me resolve my trash can problem. They went above and beyond. They deserve recognition. Not only did they fix the problem, I learned new things about sanitation services, which was very cool. They didn't cover that so much in the Citizen's Academy back in the day. I am SO THANKFUL for their help.

When I am trying to sign-in as a first time user, the retype email (for confirmation) did not match with the email address in the above line. I tried thrice with my three different emails and it gives me the same error message that the two email addresses don't match. I wanted to register for the Youth Program due 6/27 but am unable.Please help.
