Hi, There's a fair amount trash at the curb at 128 S. Clark that's been there for weeks. (The front of the house actually faces Fourth St., and that's where the trash is, on Fourth). I don't think any of it has trash stickers, so I can understand why it hasn't been picked up by the city. It's an eyesore, though, so I was wondering if the city can do anything to encourage the owner or renter to deal with it. Not sure if anyone is living in the house; it appeared to be under renovation last fall, and some of the trash looks like stuff left over from the work on the house. Pieces of trash all over side lawn along Larkspur Ln. They also keep parking and driving on their lawn and are destroying it making it muddy and unsightly.

Yard is covered in dog feces. All over, up to sidewalks, and owner does not clean. Tons near southeast area of property. This is a family neighborhood with kids and other dogs. This is a health hazards it's so bad

The people at 1317 W 6th St have a mountain of garbage building up in their front (and back?) yard. It smells and needs to be removed. This has been a continual problem with these residents.

It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.

My neighbors at 1317 W 6th have not taken their trash out for months. It's in both the front and back yard and smells terrible!

My neighbors at 1317 W 6th continue to pile up their trash in both their back and front yards. The smell is overwhelming and we have gone through this many times over the last three years. The only thing that works is to ticket them every week and eventually abate the property. Please help us. We cannot continue to live like this.
