There is a car that has been parking for the last six months on the North side of the street on Morningside Dr. at Smith Rd. It is a danger and menace to traffic entering and leaving Park Ridge East. Can this section of road be posted "No Parking"?
Lot hasn't been mown all season. Grass seed heads are 3-feet-tall throughout yard. Notices have been left on front door but it's obvious property is vacant.

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I wish to report a code violation regarding overgrowth and grass length at 537 N. Plymouth Road in Park Ridge East. The code states that anything greater than 8" is in violation. The front yard is grown up with weeds taller than this. The back yard is MUCH more of a problem with overgrowth even taller than the front yard. We are concerned about mosquitoes and other such problems as a result of this overgrowth. We would appreciate the City giving them a slight nudge to take care of this yard maintenance issue.
This is the address of our neighbors. They have several dead trees with very large limbs that fall on our house, cars, and in our yard. We have made attempts to speak with them via knocking and letters all to no avail. These trees are dangerous and could fall and injure anyone in my family, my house, or our cars at any time. we need to know what can be done about this issue.
Car AGAIN parked in the grass. City addressed this earlier this year. They know better. Please contact them to remove. Not a good "entry" to the neighborhood look.

The green Honda Civic is often parked off the driveway in the yard.
The water fountain at Park Ridge East Park is continuously running.
There are 3-4 moderate sized pot holes on the west side of this street. This area of the street has a significant slope with no drainage and consistently collects water, sludge, sand, etc which contributes to the deterioration of the asphalt. I have shoveled sand, etc many times from this area. This same problem is occurring in front of the house two houses north of this address. Would really be helpful to have some sort of correction to this if possible. Thank you.
