Large tree in Bryan Park north of Sheridan Creek, undermined at the base and looking unstable. Perhaps a tree expert should take a look and assess it.

A large amount of debris, trash and waste continues to blow into the administration lot and mccsc bus lot. The source is a camp that has been setup on the east end of the McDonald’s property.
The traffic lights at 10th Street and the Bypass no longer operate the way they used to. Either the sensors no longer work, or the system has been set up in a manner that allows for particularly long waits for cars traveling east or west: left turn signals are triggered whether there are cars needing to turn left or not. The eastbound direction always gets the green light first, regardless of traffic. This always occurs, whether during rush hour or even on Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m. This very inefficient setup is not how they used to function. Why?
I was downtown yesterday afternoon, and Firestone Auto had multiple vehicles stored/parked on the sidewalk. They are continually blocking the sidewalks at this location; there are multiple uReport cases at this address. Can the city do nothing to keep this downtown pedestrian corridor accessible?
Walking path along the roadside at South East park is very dangerous for pedestrians. East Moores Pike, a high speed road is higher in elevation than the path. Would suggest a guard rail along the road to prevent vehicles from being able to run over someone on the path if they were to leave the roadway.
Potholes are getting bad along S Henderson St and S Walnut Street Pike
On E. 7th street, right by the corner of 7th and Clark there are two large potholes in the middle of the street. My house is right near there and my car gets stuck in those holes every time I drive by or try to pull in my driveway. I am worried that I will get a flat tire soon or that something worse will happen if these are not filled. When there was just one pothole I did my best to drive around it but now there are two and it's hard to avoid them both!
